The first episode of This Fucking Amusement Arcade, the new video game show from Consolevania and videoGaiden legend Rab Florence, will be released on the 24th of December as a Christmas Eve treat for disenfranchised audiences across the target demographic.
The method of delivery is still to be decided.
Rab Florence, one of the hosts of the show, commented: “Who better to make the new greatest games TV show of all time than the man responsible for the current greatest games TV show of all time? Consolevania stands alone as the high watermark of online TV content, and This Fucking Amusement Arcade, as its controversial and aggressive title suggests, is ready to reclaim the throne with EXTREME FORCE! Many imitators tried to follow in Consolevania’s footsteps, but every single one failed.”
“Perhaps they lacked one important ingredient!” he winked, pointing to his own heart.
The show will be shot in HD, but with a punk, indie ethic befitting the outsider nature of the show’s creator, and the show’s groundbreaking content.
On what the show will be covering, Rab said: “You’ll see me at my notoriously vicious best, dismantling the games industry shill by shill, shit game by shit game. There is no hiding place this time!”
“If anyone has a problem, they can sue me!” Rab laughed, with an attractive and cheeky wink.
